My normal size fit is a medium in shorts and sweatpants but the loopback mediums are too big for a 145lb athletic build…I tried a small size and they fit way better in the waist and no bunched look at the ankle. Love the small, disappointed ithe medium pants and shorts were too baggy. Happy with the smaller size but I have a few rather baggy medium loop backs sitting around.
