Camille Embellished Linen Tunic

Showcasing Mr. Lauren’s commitment to fine Italian craftsmanship, the Camille undergoes a multistep artisanal process to achieve its look. Five skilled craftsmen worked together to hand-bead this tunic using both aari and zardozi techniques, uniting shimmering metallic thread with a collection of sequins, glass beads, and metal beads. Metallic thread was again used to form the delicate French knots and chain-stitched borders displayed on this unique style. Once the embellishments were complete, gold-tone artist paint is hand-applied throughout with variations in strokes to give an organic look to this tunic’s distressed blue linen base.
