    Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZED I usually read reviews on clothing/shoes when ordering online to know what size to order as some items run small/big/true to size. Upon reading the two reviews on this customers said it ran small, so I ordered twice the size bigger for a looser fit. However, for someone that wears an M/L I shouldn’t have ordered an XXL, so that could’ve been my fault. Let me just tell you, the Ralph Lauren customer service is exceptional. I mean, I am amazed at how smooth it was to do an exchange online and not have to go through the hassle to find time and to find a store to go in and exchange in person. I don’t think anyone has an exchange transition like this, literally chef’s kiss. Now, in regards to the item itself, I did go ahead and exchange for an M (praying that it fits as it still hasn’t arrived) but the QUALITY of the fabric is just exceptional to say the least. I’m all about style and comfort. If something is the slightest bit uncomfortable, it does not matter how much I love its appearance, I will not purchase it. This is a 10/10!! It is butter soft on the skin and so rich in color. If you’re thinking about getting this, RUN DON’T WALK! Thank you, Ralph Lauren.

They run a bit on the short side as far as length, so I just went up in my size. I went from XL to XXL and they fit beautifully, not too big at all. By going up in size did not make them big and sloppy, I'm very please with my purchases. Thank you Ralph Lauren
