I spoke with customer service and they promise me exchange will come with 2 day shipment. It came as a regular shipment. I need them before trip to Europe and they came too late. Those boots are not having much traction and are extremely slippery when wet. Almost fall a few times. The only positive thing is they are comfortable. I'm very disappointed in the service and the quality of the product. A different brand would have been a better choice for me.Date published: 2024-11-01
